Kateryna Artyomova is a first-year student at a vocational school in Kryvyi Rih, training to become a highly skilled machine operator. She chose this path to follow in her father’s footsteps, as he has dedicated his career to the same profession. But unlike previous generations, Kateryna is mastering her craft using state-of-the-art equipment in a newly upgraded training center.
Thanks to the KRYTSIA: Support for Recovery of Kryvyi Rih Raion project, her school has received cutting-edge machinery for its vocational training workshop.
The institution actively collaborates with leading enterprises in the city, region, and beyond—key employers in need of skilled technical specialists. These companies provide students with hands-on internship opportunities and often become their first workplaces after graduation.
